C-CAP TO HONOR BOULUD


Renowned chef Daniel Boulud will be the honoree at C-CAP's next annual benefit, scheduled for Tuesday, February 25, 2003 at Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers, 23rd Street and the Hudson River. The Careers Through Culinary Arts organization is a non-profit institution that provides high-school students in the New York area and other parts of the country with cooking instruction that can lead to scholarships and job opportunities. The theme of the 2003 event will be "A Preview of Spring Dining," which will feature food from 38 of New York's noted chefs and wine from Robert Mondavi Family of Wines and champagne from Gosset. The emcee will be Al Roker of NBC's Today Show, the event chairs will be Barbara and Donald G. Tober of the Sugar Foods Corporation and co-chairs will be Susan and Richard Grausman, founders of C-CAP. Benefit tickets are $300, $500 and $1000 per person.
